Worked in more than 15 African countries in the leadership and development of low-cost social housing programs, urban infrastructure development and management, water and sanitation. Has relevant experience in establishing and executive management of companies, program development and financing, partnerships and business development.
Master’s degree in Urban Development and Housing Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam – Netherlands.

He brings more than 40 years of professional experience in the areas of teaching, advocacy, administration and advisory.
Master in Legal – Economic Sciences and Law Degree from Eduardo Mondlane University (UEM).

Moisés Titosse Ndhlovo
Admin Manager
He has more than 15 years of experience in the financial area (Corporate Treasury), management reports, cash management and projection, financial investments, loans.
Degree in Management and Business Administration from the School of Economics and Management (ESEG).

Manuel Castande
Project Manager
He brings more than 12 years of diversified experience in engineering projects, which he has successfully performed in the management, supervision and functions of Coordination or Works Management, currently working as Senior Manager in several Engineering Projects. He has extensive knowledge and experience in Procurement in accordance with Decree Law 15/2010 (currently replaced by Decree Law 5/2016 of 8 March.
