TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR PROJECT MANAGER

OBJECTIVE OF THE WORK:

These Terms of Reference aim to guide the hiring of a PROJECT MANAGER, a specialist in the area, with the purpose of planning, coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring the efficient execution of the projects under the responsibility of the URBAN DEVELOPMENT COMPANY OF THE CITY OF BEIRA – SDUBEIRA, located at Rua/Av: Eduardo Mondlane No. 697, Ground Floor, Ponta-gêa Neighborhood, City of Beira, Sofala Province, Mozambique; The hiring of a specialized project manager who will contribute to the adoption of best practices, risk mitigation, rational use of resources, and achievement of the institution’s objectives.SCOPE OF WORK:Manage and implement civil construction projects for buildings, ensuring compliance with established deadlines, scope, and budget;Contract management, preparing and maintaining schedules and work plans.Plan, execute the supervision of the projects.
