Richard Bahumwire

Brings over 20 years of experience in development program management. Worked in more than 15 African countries in the leadership and development of low-cost social housing programs, urban infrastructure development and management, water and sanitation. Has relevant experience in establishing and executive management of companies, program development and financing, partnerships and business development.

Master’s degree in Urban Development and Housing Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam – Netherlands.

Eduardo Elias

Board Member

He brings more than 40 years of professional experience in the areas of teaching, advocacy, administration and advisory.

Master in Legal – Economic Sciences and Law Degree from Eduardo Mondlane University (UEM).

Júlia Nhamirre

Executive Secretary

Graduated in Mining Engineering from the Catholic University of Mozambique-FAGREM, Tete (2018), she brings with her 5 years of professional experience in the area of Secretariat, covering direct support in administrative management, Resource Management and complex Document Management, managing strategic information ensuring the fluidity of corporate activities.

Josefate Muchina

Administrative Assistant

He Brings professional experience in administrative advisory, mediation and conflict resolution, public relations, hotel and restaurant establishment management, port and logistics operations planning

Degree in Port Management from the Catholic University of Mozambique (UCM), at the Faculty of Economics and Management (FEG).

Lurdia Magule

Marketing 

She worked on developing a strategic marketing plan and enhancing the company’s digital presence during her six-month internship at the Beira Urban Development Corporation (SDUBeira).

Graduated in Marketing and Public Relations from the Catholic University of Mozambique.

Ebenezer Elias Antonio

Architect

Brings experience in the field of architecture and project management, with proven skills in developing innovative and impactful solutions, combining technical expertise and creativity to meet project needs. Also has experience in teaching and training BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools and project management in the construction field.

Graduated in Architecture from Zambeze University, Faculty of Science and Technology.

Eugénia Rodrigues Ucucho
Accountant

Standing out for her dedication and affinity with the world of numbers. For a year, she actively participated in a project in the Accounting area, where she gained practical experience in entries, reconciliations and preparation of financial reports.

Graduated in Accounting and Finance from Zambeze University.
