In the residential and commercial field, we are developing about 400 hectares in the MARAZA area, near Beira International Airport. The potential is enormous and includes, in addition to housing, commerce, offices and hospitality. The industrial park of MUNHAVA, covering about 900 hectares next to the Port of Beira, offers unique conditions for the implementation of production and logistics units in a special dedicated area, with infrastructures and privileged access by sea, road and rail. We also provide project management services, and in that regards are currently implementing a Dutch government support programme for the rehabilitation of municipal infrastructure damaged by Cyclone IDAI.
