We invite you to explore business opportunities for the development of Industrial, Residential and Commercial areas within the Municipality of Beira, an important gateway to southern Africa region. In the residential and commercial field, we are developing about 400 hectares in the MARAZA area, near Beira International Airport. The potential is enormous and includes, in addition to housing, commerce, offices and hospitality. The industrial park of MUNHAVA, covering about 900 hectares next to the Port of Beira, offers unique conditions for the implementation of production and logistics units in a special dedicated area, with infrastructures and privileged access by sea, road and rail. We also provide project management services, and in that regards are currently implementing a Dutch government support programme for the rehabilitation of municipal infrastructure damaged by Cyclone IDAI. SDUbeira
SDUBeira is a public limited company owned by the Municipal Council of Beira. For its establishment and development of its projects, SDUBeira receives support from the Netherlands through the Dutch Enterprise Agency (RVO).
Its main objective is to promote urban development in Beira, intervening in land development markets, housing (i.e., affordable housing), commercial and industrial real estate. Other areas such as improving infrastructure for better urban mobility in the city and surrounding areas may also be considered. SDUBeira SA was formally established by the end of 2018 and is now fully operational.
The company can enter into commercial and business agreements with any public or private entity, both nationally and internationally, and may establish subsidiaries or participate in the composition of other companies in related areas. Currently, it has 2 major projects in the pipeline, namely: the Munhava Industrial and Logistics Park (900 hectares) and the Maraza Residential Area (400 hectares).
